JOSTQB is pleased to announce the launch of its new customer portal! At its first phase, the Customer portal digitizes the exam process in full cycle: In a short period of time, the exam taker can enter their exam request, track it as it is being processed, see their exam results, and obtain their eCertificates with a QR code to verify authenticity. They can also get copies of their invoices and also interact by providing suggestions and inquiries. Next phases will encompass a wider range of JOSTQB services. Stay tuned!
